No. Listing is free, and there's no subscription. You receive 100% of the price you set.
The guest. The Bookalizer service fee is currently 12% of your price plus VAT where it applies, and it is always included in the total the guest sees before booking.
Payouts are released 24 hours after check-in and sent by Stripe to the bank account you connect.
Yes. Your company can have its own booking site on your domain with your branding, showing only your homes.
Yes. Invite team members with roles such as manager, reservations, finance or housekeeping, and limit property owners to their own homes.
In some places the law requires one (for example, short-term let licences in Scotland). Where it's required, we ask for it when you list and show it on your listing.
