Team roles and access

Owners and managers can invite people from "Team & access" in the host workspace. Each person signs in with their own account and sees only what their role allows.

Roles

• Owner: everything, including payouts, the team and company settings.
• Manager: runs listings, calendar, bookings, messages and the team, but can't change payout details.
• Reservations: handles bookings, guest messages and reviews.
• Calendar & pricing: manages availability and prices.
• Finance: sees earnings and statements and can download them.
• Housekeeping: sees arrivals, departures and cleaning tasks, without prices or guest contact details.
• Property owner: a read-only view of their own homes' calendar, bookings and statements.
• Viewer: can see everything but change nothing.

Two-step login

Owners and finance team members must turn on two-step login with an authenticator app, because they can see and move money.

Removing access

When someone leaves, remove them from the team. They lose access to your company at once but keep their own guest account.
