Payouts

Bookalizer pays hosts through Stripe, a regulated payment company. You connect your bank account once, from "Earnings" in the host workspace. Only the company owner can change payout details.

When you're paid

We send the money for a stay 24 hours after the guest's check-in. Stripe then transfers it to your bank, which usually takes 2–7 working days depending on your country.

How much

You receive your full price for the stay: nights, cleaning fee and extra-guest charges, minus any discount you offered. The guest's service fee is not taken from your money. Local tourist taxes that you have to pay to the council are included in your payout.

Currency

You're paid in the currency your home is priced in. If your bank account is in another currency, Stripe or your bank converts it.

Statements

Your finance team can download statements and every transaction from "Earnings".
