Paying for your stay

You pay on Bookalizer when you book. We hold the money until your check-in date, then send it to the host.

What you pay

• The price for your nights, plus any cleaning fee or extra-guest charges the host sets.
• Our service fee, which covers payment processing and guest support. It's always shown before you pay.
• Any local tourist tax that applies, where the host collects it on behalf of the city.

How to pay

• Debit or credit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
• We never ask for bank transfers, gift cards or crypto. If anyone asks you to pay outside Bookalizer, don't.

When the host is paid

• We send the money to the host 24 hours after your check-in.
• If you cancel within the host's policy, or the host cancels, we refund you in full.

Your receipt

• You'll get a receipt by email for every payment, and you can download them from your trips page.
