Two-step login

Turn on two-step login in your account security settings. Each time you sign in on a new device you'll also enter a code from an authenticator app. It's required for host owners, finance team members and Bookalizer staff.

Signed-in devices

You can see where you're signed in and sign out other devices from your account security settings. If you think someone else has used your account, change your password and sign out everywhere.

When support looks at your account

To solve some problems, a member of our support team may need to see Bookalizer exactly as you see it. They can only do this for a recorded reason, for up to an hour, and everything they do is logged. They will never ask for your password.

Your data

You can download a copy of your data or delete your account from your account privacy settings.
