Reviews

Reviews are written by guests who stayed at a home, and by hosts about their guests. They help everyone book with confidence.

Leaving a review

• You can leave a review within 14 days of check-out, from your trips page.
• Write about what actually happened: cleanliness, accuracy of the listing, communication and value for money.
• Reviews are public. We ask you not to include phone numbers, emails or other personal details.

What we check

• We only accept reviews from completed stays, or from guests who were refunded for a problem.
• We remove reviews that contain abuse, personal details or anything that breaks our content rules. If we do, we'll tell you why.

Responding

• Hosts can reply to a review once. Replies are clearly marked as coming from the host.
• If you think a review is unfair or inaccurate, contact support@bookalizer.com and we'll look at it.
