Hosting basics

Listing a home on Bookalizer is free. You set your own prices, keep 100% of what you earn and can list the same home on your own website or other sites.

1. Set up your company

• Create a host account and tell us who you are: an individual, or a business with its own name.
• Add your payout details so we can send you the money for each stay. See "Payouts".

2. Create your listing

• Add photos: at least 10, covering every room and the outside. The first one is your cover photo.
• Write a clear title and description, list the amenities and set house rules.
• Set your prices: price per night, weekend price, cleaning fee, discounts for weekly and monthly stays, and your cancellation policy.
• Add a licence or registration number if your area requires one. See "Listing review and licence numbers".

3. Submit for review

Our team checks your first home before it goes live, usually within 2 working days. Once approved, guests can find and book it on Bookalizer and on your own booking site.

4. Get paid

Connect your payout account so we can send you the money for each stay. See "Payouts".
